About: LB1 Mobile Tax observed that low income & ESL individuals were undeserved in the areas of tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), (representation in examination, collection and tax court). Low income individuals do not have the financial resources to obtain help understanding their rights and responsibilities. ESL individuals are among the greatest in this underserved population because of language barriers. LB1 Mobile Tax established the LB1 Mobile Tax Assistance and Education Services Foundation.
